We cover your Pennsylvania State Police, FBI, and child abuse clearances and your TB screening, and your training time is paid.

You get your schedule two weeks out, not the night before. When something comes up on a shift, you reach the owner directly.

Where you might fit.
We are hiring caregivers for daytime shifts in Philadelphia and Bucks, Delaware, and Montgomery counties. We do not staff overnight or live-in cases right now. Apply below in about two minutes. The owner reviews every application and calls applicants who meet the requirements within three business days, then invites them to a full application and an in-person interview.
Caregiver
Non-medical care in clients' homes. You are matched with one client and stay with them, not sent to a new stranger every shift.
What you'll do
- Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and transfers
- Prepare meals, keep the home tidy, give medication reminders, and keep your client company
- Escort your client to appointments and errands
- Follow the written care plan and report any change in your client the same day
- Clock in and out through our app and write a short care note after every shift
What we're looking for
- Three years of paid caregiving experience with employers we can verify: agency, facility, or private duty
- Two professional references who are not family
- Clear written English for daily care notes
- Reliable transportation, including SEPTA, and a smartphone
- After an offer, Pennsylvania clearances and TB screening, which we pay for. Any criminal record is reviewed through an individualized assessment.
Dementia Care Specialist
For experienced caregivers who have cared for people living with dementia. You keep a calm, steady routine for one client, often on your own for the shift, and help someone who may not want help yet come to trust you.
What you'll do
- Keep a consistent daily routine built around your client's best and hardest hours
- Use validation and gentle redirection instead of arguing or correcting
- Look for the cause behind a hard moment, such as pain, hunger, fatigue, or noise
- Report falls, new bruising, and sudden changes the same day
- Write detailed daily notes that families and clinicians read
What we're looking for
- Everything listed for the caregiver role
- Paid, hands-on dementia experience you can describe in detail
- Comfortable holding a shift on your own
- Calm and discreet around family members and household staff
